Timelines were tight, with just one week to get the majority of the work done before moving in. In just one week they managed to paint, replace the light fixtures and the sink as well as install the new stove and fix up closets. Rise Renovations replaced flooring of our first floor, renovated a bathroom, replaced outside doors, leveled our front entrance steps, removed built-in furniture and helped us in a pinch when we quickly needed a job done to help install a built in refrigerator. They do everything and every project was done with the best quality. I have worked with other contractors and was unhappy with their work so when I started working with RiseRenovations I was skeptical of contractors. I have been working with Barak Nizgoda for a little over a year. He has done work at a property I help manage in Hoboken, NJ. It is an old building that has not been kept up well so there are many projects that Barak has completed. Some examples are outdoor concrete repair, drywall repair, leaking pipes, roof repairs, and window leak repairs. Through each project, response time was quick, a fair estimate was provided, and constant communication via phone calls, texts, and pictures. We have been very pleased with all work that has been done.
